21st Annual Boulder Garden Tour: The Details

Dogs are not allowed on the tour. Garden Tour site hosts have generously welcomed the community in their spaces to share beauty and spark joy, while supporting the work done by Garden to Table. Please enjoy your time as a guest in their garden, staying on marked paths and respecting all garden inhabitants.

Check-in will take place at two locations between 9 am and 1:30 pm. At check-in, you will show us your ticket (or email confirmation) and pick up your Garden Tour Guide including a map and descriptions of the gardens. Choose whichever check-in location best meets your needs, interests and abilities.

The Gardens

Addresses will be available the morning of the tour in the printed Garden Tour Program, with a link to a Google map to help with navigation. You will receive this and a Garden Tour sticker upon check in.

You’ll find educational booths on a variety of topics related to sustainable gardening and yard care at each stop. Garden to Table students, volunteers, and staff will also highlight different aspects of our educational program at each garden!

Gardens are numbered, but start where you like after you check in at Mapleton Early Childhood Center or the corner of 4th and Mapleton. Water is available at most garden sites.

Parking, Biking and Carpooling

Street parking is available throughout the tour neighborhood. Please be respectful of driveways and private lots. Please consider carpooling to limit the number of cars on the road and enjoy the tour with friends! Walking will be a big part of your day, so please plan accordingly. We highly encourage folks to ride their bikes to and around the tour!

Accessibility

Some of the gardens are more accessible than others and/or can be viewed partially or in full from the sidewalk, but unfortunately we can’t ensure complete wheelchair accessibility. The full tour area can be travelled in about 2 miles, with 120 feet of elevation gain.
